Overview
ConcertCalendar is an independent concert discovery site operated as a small web publication. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible during browsing and search.

Information we process
Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed
- Query parameters you choose, such as market, date, genre, or search filters
- Information you voluntarily submit through report or feedback channels
- Referral or attribution data associated with ticket-provider click-outs, when used
We do not require an account to browse listings, and we do not process ticket payments.
Third-party ticket providers
When you leave ConcertCalendar and continue to a third-party ticket provider, that provider's privacy policy, cookies, and purchase terms apply. ConcertCalendar does not process ticket payments and is not the merchant of record for ticket sales.
Referral links and affiliate tracking
ConcertCalendar may use referral or affiliate links when sending you to ticket providers such as Ticketmaster and SeatGeek. If you complete a qualifying purchase on a provider site after following one of these links, ConcertCalendar may earn a referral commission.
Referral links may include tracking parameters used by the provider or an affiliate network to attribute traffic and sales. Those third parties may set their own cookies or similar technologies according to their policies. Referral commissions are generally paid by ticket providers and are not charged to you as an added fee for using ConcertCalendar.
Referral relationships do not determine which events ConcertCalendar lists or how events are ranked.
Analytics and cookies
ConcertCalendar may use privacy-oriented analytics tools, including Vercel Analytics, to understand aggregate site usage, performance, and reliability. These tools are intended to help us improve the site rather than build individual advertising profiles.
On your first visit, we ask for your preference through a cookie and analytics banner. You can change that preference anytime from Cookie preferences in the site footer. Analytics runs only if you choose Accept analytics. If you decline, we store that preference locally in your browser and do not load optional analytics scripts.
Your browser may also store cookies or similar technologies used for site operation, security, or provider attribution after you click out to a ticket site. You can adjust cookie settings through your browser controls where available.
Retention
We retain technical and operational information only as long as reasonably necessary for site operation, security, debugging, and aggregate analytics. Feedback or issue reports you send voluntarily are kept only as long as needed to review and respond.
Your choices and rights
Because ConcertCalendar currently does not require user accounts, most browsing happens without you submitting identifying information to us directly. If you contact us and want access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted voluntarily, email feedback@concertcalendar.com.
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. ConcertCalendar does not sell personal information for money. Referral relationships with ticket providers are disclosed on this site.
Children's privacy
ConcertCalendar is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Site operation and security
Basic technical information may be processed for site operation, security, debugging, analytics, abuse prevention, and reliability. Do not submit sensitive personal information through any report or feedback channel unless specifically requested.
Updates
This notice may be updated as ConcertCalendar adds features such as accounts, email alerts, or expanded analytics. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
