Independent discovery
ConcertCalendar is provided as an independent concert discovery site. It is not a ticket seller, box office, venue, promoter, or official ticket provider representative.
Event information
Event information can change. Dates, times, venues, availability, fees, final pricing, seating, refunds, and purchase terms are controlled by third-party providers and event organizers.
ConcertCalendar does not guarantee that event information is complete, current, or error-free. Use the provider's site as the final source before making a purchase or attending an event.
Purchases with providers
Ticket purchases are completed with third-party providers. Your use of a provider's website is governed by that provider's own terms, policies, and checkout process.
Some ticket options may link to marketplace or resale inventory on third-party sites. ConcertCalendar is not a ticket marketplace and does not set ticket prices, service fees, delivery methods, refund policies, or purchase terms for those transactions.
Referral relationships
ConcertCalendar may earn a referral commission when you purchase tickets through links on this site. Referral relationships do not affect which events are listed or how events are ranked.
ConcertCalendar is not the seller of tickets and does not set final ticket prices, fees, delivery methods, refund policies, or purchase terms. Those matters are handled entirely by the provider you choose. Referral commissions, when earned, are paid by ticket providers and do not add a surcharge to your purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse ConcertCalendar, interfere with its operation, attempt to access non-public areas, scrape or bulk-download content in violation of applicable terms, or use the site in a way that misrepresents ConcertCalendar as a ticket seller, official provider partner, or guaranteed source of ticket availability or pricing.
Intellectual property and trademarks
ConcertCalendar, its branding, site design, and original content are owned by or licensed to the operator of ConcertCalendar. Third-party names, logos, event titles, artist names, and venue names may be trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance on ConcertCalendar is for identification and discovery purposes only and does not imply sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement by those parties.
Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, TicketWeb, AXS, Live Nation, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. ConcertCalendar is an independent discovery site and is not an official partner of those providers unless expressly stated in writing.
Disclaimer of warranties
ConcertCalendar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConcertCalendar disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that event listings will be accurate or current, or that ticket links will always resolve to an available provider page.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither ConcertCalendar nor its operator will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, travel costs, missed events, or other losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on event information displayed here.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of ConcertCalendar and its operator for any claim arising out of or relating to the site will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or (b) the amount of referral commissions earned by ConcertCalendar from your use of the site in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ConcertCalendar and its operator from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of ConcertCalendar at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date when appropriate.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator of ConcertCalendar maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
